Wiedaer Nativity Christmas

From the beginning of Advent until early January, residents, clubs, and local restaurants invite you to the “Wieda Nativity Christmas.”

Take a stroll with your family along the beautifully decorated "Nativity Trail," which extends into the side valleys of Silberbach and Kastental. The walk is worth it: in front yards or driveway areas, you'll find extraordinary, life-sized outdoor nativity displays. Each nativity creator has let their imagination run wild and depicted the scenes of the Holy Family in their own unique way. Enjoy this tour outdoors with all its sights, without crowds, and in the Christmas-scented air of the Harz, which will make you crave the treats from the food stalls.
